Our visitors now see more than 6500 pages per month and come from over 80 different countries, mainly the U.S., Canada and Mexico.

NO, only the data that is marked with a red * is required, others are optional.

7] Do I have to pay anything for publishing an ad?:
No, the service is completely free and you will never be forced to pay.
8] How many ads can I add?:
The amount is unlimited as long as you do not repeat the same ad.
9] How long will my ad be active? :
At the time of adding a listing you will have the option of choosing the duration.
It ranges from 30 days (one month) to 180 (six months)
10] How to add a listing:
These are the steps to follow to post an ad after been registered. Please follow these steps:
Log in to the page http://inventariopublico.com/ Then click on the following:
1 - Classified>>>

3 - Enter your username and password (you chose it when you register) click on Login/Login>>>
4 - Agregar anuncio/Place an Ad>>>>
5 - Choose the category where it should appear (For Sale,For Rent, Etc.)>>>>
6 - Choose the subcategory (House - Condo - Land etc.)>>>
7 - Choose the location of the property (Centro - Pitillal etc.)>>>
8 - The next step is to fill the information of your ad:
8 A-Length - if is a for sale ad is recommended 180 days (6 months)
8 B-Title - The name of the property/ad
8 C - Price - Add the amount with number and then choose the type of currency
8 D - Description - describe (do not forget to add your personal contact info such as phone number and e-mail)
8 E - Click Send / Submit>>>
9 - The next step is to upload an image or picture to your ad:
* If you want to upload an image click Browse and it will give you the option to upload directly from your computer, once you select the image click Agregar imagen/Enter image
* If you do not need a picture just click Do not No agregar imagen/Enter No Images
10 - As a the last step we show you the ad for you to review, if it needs some changes please click on the corresponding buttons at the end. If everything is fine click Aprobar/approved
READY - your ad is live and you should see on your screen: Congratulations! You have added your classified ad.
We will automatically send a message to your e-mail to confirm that the ad is active.

11] How do I reply to an ad?:
We ask our advertisers to include some way to contact them (phone, email,etc.) with each ad and this would be the first option.
The second option is to use the internal messaging system that also lets you protect the identity of the advertiser, you will find it in each of the ads on the left side and is marked "Send a message to the seller," after you click on this link the system takes you to a form that you can fill out and send it directly to the seller who receives it in his own e-mail.

12] How can I protect my identity when adding a listing?:
We have an internal messaging system that lets you hide your personal information, simply add your listing and the "visitor" will find it in each of the ads on the left and this is marked: "Send a message to the seller", after clicking this link the system will take him/her into a form that he can fill out and send directly to the seller, who receives it in its own email, the advertiser can then decide if he/she wants to respond from a personal e-mail (it does not protect the identity) or reply from the messaging system (protecting his/her identity).
13] How do I edit an active ad?:
1 - Log in (see steps above)
2 - Click on Mis Anuncios/My active ads
3 - Select the ad on the list and click editar/edit
4 - Below you will see your ad and at the end you will have 4 options:
- "Editar detalles/Edit details" (change the description, price, etc.).
- "Editar Imagen/Edit Image" (Add, Change or erase the image of the ad)
- "Editar categoria/Edit category" (Change the category where you can find it,example: For rent, For Sale, etc.).

16] I want to post an ad but the system is beginning at the middle of the process:
If you start the process of posting an ad but did not finish for some reason (the connection fail, your system whent down,just din't have enough time, etc.). When you try to start again the system will automatically lead you to the place where you left the last time, this is not ideal especially if you plan to add a different type of ad.
The solution is this: no matter where the system starts, all you have to do is find the link at the bottom of the page: "Clik aqui para poner fin a este proceso de vender/Click here to end this sell process ", this step "re-starts" the system and lets you start over.

1 - Log in (see steps above)

3 -Select the ad on the list and click Remover/Remove

18] Where is my ad?:
The category where it will appear when active is selected in the process of adding the ad (see step number 5 in "How to add a listing"). Besides appearing on the category selected the last/newest 10 ads also appear on the homepage of the "Directory"
19] My ad appears on the homepage of the directory, but not on the homepage of Inventory Publico.com, Why?:
On some occasions (when time permits, remember that the service is free) we also include the 10 latest ads on the main page of the site, this is a premium service and there is no warranties of any kind because it is done manually.
20] How to re-publish an ad:
At the time this option is not available automatically. We recommend that you visit the Anuncios expirados/My expired ads (you will find it once you log-in), from there you can see this ad, copy with your "Mouse" and then use it to paste the information in a new posting.
21] Why my ad was deleted?:
The only ads that we remove by hand are those who break the rules such as: Ads duplicates, defamatory, pornographic, and so on.

24] Does Inventariopublico.com files expired ads?:
We archive general data of expired ads for a short period of time (you can find it once you Log-in)
The pictures are automatically deleted on the date of expiry.

25] How to show my information when someone wants to see all my ads:
In all ads we include a link so that visitors can see all the ads from the same seller. When a visitor clicks on "Seller's other ads" The system leads them to a page where you they can see all your active listings, if you want your personal information appearing on this page (name, phone, e-mail, etc.). Follow these steps:

> Click "My info"
> Click editar su informacion/edit your information

26] What is a filter?:
The ad filters allow you to search the new classifeds ads as they are entered into the site.
It is just like performing a search but only on the new classified ads as they are entered. When a new classified ad matches one of your search terms you will be notified by an email of the match. The email will contain the information on the ad entered and a link to view the new ad.

- We reserve the right to refuse admission.
- Do not post the same ad more than once.
